Renting a property is a simple and straightforward procedure with no restrictions and rental rates are extremely reasonable. Most rental properties are offered fully furnished and equipped on a long-let basis (normally for 6 months or more), including all appliances and soft furnishings. A number of rental properties are also available in an unfurnished state, although fitted kitchens and appliances are normally included. The costs of water, electricity and gas are borne by the Lessee on a consumption basis, as are internet, telephony and TV services.

This deposit is refunded at the end of the lease if all is in order. Our fees are success-based only and comprise the equivalent of half a month’s rent plus VAT, paid once only irrespective of the term. No other charges apply.
